From installation to daily maintenance: everything you need to know
Initial Care (After Installation)
When: Immediately after installation
- Clean the surface with a soft cloth and Lithofin MN Wash & Clean, diluted 1:30 with water.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft towel.
- Apply Lithofin MN Stain-Stop evenly using a clean cloth, ensuring full coverage.
- Allow the sealer to penetrate for 15 minutes, then wipe off any excess.
- Buff the surface gently with a soft cloth to enhance the shine.
Products needed: Lithofin MN Wash & Clean, Lithofin MN Stain-Stop
Daily Maintenance
Frequency: Daily or after each use
- Wipe the surface with a damp cloth using Lithofin MN Easy-Clean.
- Rinse with clean water to remove any residue.
- Dry the surface thoroughly with a soft towel.
Products: Lithofin MN Easy-Clean
Do NOT:
- Never use acidic cleaners.
- Never place hot items directly on the surface.
- Never use abrasive pads or brushes.
- Never allow water to pool on the surface.
Periodic Deep Cleaning
Frequency: Every 3 months
- Dilute Lithofin MN Wash & Clean 1:20 with water.
- Apply the solution with a soft cloth, allowing it to dwell for 5 minutes.
- Gently scrub with a soft brush, focusing on any stained areas.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft towel.
