Onyx Decorative wall panel - Complete Care Guide
From installation to daily maintenance: everything you need to know
Initial Care (After Installation)
When: Immediately after installation
- Ensure the onyx surface is clean and dry before sealing.
- Apply Lithofin MN Stain-Stop evenly with a clean cloth.
- Allow the sealer to penetrate for about 15 minutes.
- Wipe off any excess sealer with a clean, dry cloth.
- Let the surface cure for 24 hours before use.
Products needed: Lithofin MN Stain-Stop
Daily Maintenance
Frequency: Daily or after each use
- Dust the surface gently with a soft cloth.
- Clean using a diluted solution of Lithofin MN Wash & Clean (1:30 ratio).
- Wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately.

Do NOT:
- Never use acidic or abrasive cleaners.
- Never allow water to sit on the surface.
- Never place hot items directly on the onyx.
- Never expose to direct sunlight for extended periods.
Periodic Deep Cleaning
Frequency: Every 6 months
- Prepare a solution of Lithofin MN Wash & Clean (1:20 ratio).
- Apply the solution with a soft cloth and allow to dwell for 5 minutes.
- Gently scrub with a soft brush if needed.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.
