Concrete Driveway and parking area - Complete Care Guide
From installation to daily maintenance: everything you need to know
Initial Care (After Installation)
When: Within 1 week of installation, after the concrete has cured.
- Clean the new concrete surface with Lithofin MN Power-Clean diluted 1:10 to remove any installation residues and dirt.
- Allow the surface to dry completely (24-48 hours).
- Apply Lithofin MN Stain-Stop evenly using a soft cloth or applicator.
- Remove any excess product after 10-15 minutes.
- Allow 24 hours to cure before using the driveway or parking area.

Daily Maintenance
Frequency: Daily or after each use.
- Sweep or blow off debris from the surface.
- For cleaning, use Lithofin MN Easy-Clean (spray) or MN Wash & Clean (diluted in water) with a mop or cloth.
- Clean spills immediately to prevent staining, especially oil or chemical spills.
- Rinse the surface with clean water after applying cleaning solutions.

Do NOT:
- Never use vinegar or lemon-based cleaners.
- Never use abrasive sponges or steel wool.
- Never use bleach or chlorine-based cleaners.
- Avoid using heavy machinery on newly sealed surfaces until fully cured.
- Do not allow standing water to sit on the surface for extended periods.
Periodic Deep Cleaning
Frequency: Every 6-12 months.
- Apply Lithofin MN Power-Clean diluted 1:5 with a mop or sponge.
- Leave the solution on the surface for 5-10 minutes.
- Scrub gently with a soft brush to remove dirt and stains.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove all residues.
- Dry the surface with a soft cloth or allow to air dry.

Protection & Sealing
Re-seal every: Every 1-2 years.
- Deep clean the surface first using Lithofin MN Power-Clean.
- Allow the surface to dry completely (24-48 hours).
- Apply Lithofin MN Stain-Stop evenly over the surface.
- Remove any excess product after 10-15 minutes.
- Allow 24 hours to cure before using the driveway or parking area.
