Porphyry Garden terrace - Complete Care Guide
From installation to daily maintenance: everything you need to know
Initial Care (After Installation)
When: After installation and before first use
- Sweep the terrace to remove loose debris and dust.
- Rinse the surface with water using a hose or pressure washer.
- Apply Lithofin MN Power-Clean diluted 1:10 with water for stubborn stains.
- Scrub with a stiff brush if needed, then rinse thoroughly with water.
- Allow the surface to dry completely.

Daily Maintenance
Frequency: After each use or weekly
- Sweep the terrace to remove loose dirt and leaves.
- Wash the surface with water using a garden hose.
- For minor stains, use Lithofin MN Outdoor-Cleaner diluted 1:20 with water.

Do NOT:
- Never use acidic cleaners as they can damage the stone.
- Avoid using metal brushes which can scratch the surface.
- Do not let leaves and organic debris accumulate for long periods.
- Never use high-pressure washers too close to the surface.
- Do not use salt to melt ice; it can damage the joints.
Periodic Deep Cleaning
Frequency: Every 6 months
- Sweep and rinse the terrace to remove loose dirt.
- Apply Lithofin Algex to prevent algae and moss growth.
- Let Lithofin Algex sit for 24 hours, then rinse thoroughly.
- For deep stains, use Lithofin MN Power-Clean as needed.
- Rinse the surface with clean water and let it dry.
