Terracotta Outdoor terrace and garden paths - Complete Care Guide
From installation to daily maintenance: everything you need to know
Initial Care (After Installation)
When: Within 1 week of installation, after grout has cured.
- Clean the new terracotta surface with Lithofin TC Easy-Clean to remove any installation residues.
- Allow to dry completely (24-48 hours).
- Apply Lithofin TC Impregnator evenly using a soft cloth or sponge.
- Remove excess after 10-15 minutes.
- Allow 24 hours to cure before exposing to moisture.
Products needed: Lithofin TC Easy-Clean, Lithofin TC Impregnator
Daily Maintenance
Frequency: Daily or after each use.
- Sweep or gently hose down the surface to remove debris.
- Wipe the surface with a damp cloth using Lithofin TC Easy-Clean.
- Clean spills immediately to prevent staining.
- Dry the surface after cleaning to prevent water marks.

Do NOT:
- Never use vinegar or lemon-based cleaners.
- Never use abrasive sponges or steel wool.
- Never use bleach or chlorine-based cleaners.
- Do not leave acidic substances on the surface.
- Avoid heavy furniture or equipment that could scratch the surface.
Periodic Deep Cleaning
Frequency: Every 3-6 months.
- Apply Lithofin TC Easy-Clean diluted 1:5 with a sponge.
- Leave for 5-10 minutes.
- Scrub gently with a soft brush.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Dry with a soft cloth.

Protection & Sealing
Re-seal every: Every 1-2 years.
- Deep clean the surface first using Lithofin TC Easy-Clean.
- Allow to dry completely (24-48 hours).
- Apply Lithofin TC Impregnator evenly.
- Allow to cure for 24 hours before use.
