From installation to daily maintenance: everything you need to know
Initial Care (After Installation)
When: After installation and before first use
- Clean the surface with Lithofin MN Wash & Clean diluted 1:10 with water.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.
- Apply Lithofin MN Stain-Stop evenly with a brush or cloth.
- Allow the impregnator to penetrate for 15 minutes, then wipe off excess.
- Buff the surface with a clean, dry cloth for a smooth finish.
Products needed: Lithofin MN Wash & Clean, Lithofin MN Stain-Stop
Daily Maintenance
Frequency: Daily or after each use
- Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and Lithofin MN Wash & Clean.
- Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft towel.
- Use Lithofin MN Power-Clean for stubborn stains, diluted 1:5 with water.

Do NOT:
- Never use abrasive pads or steel wool.
- Never use wax or oil-based cleaners.
- Avoid placing hot pots directly on the surface.
- Do not cut directly on the countertop.
- Never leave acidic substances like vinegar or lemon juice on the surface for long.
Periodic Deep Cleaning
Frequency: Every 6 months
- Remove all items from the countertop.
- Apply Lithofin MN Power-Clean undiluted for heavy soiling.
- Allow it to dwell for 10-15 minutes.
- Scrub gently with a soft brush and rinse thoroughly with water.
- Dry the surface with a clean cloth.
