Cement Tiles Kitchen floor - Complete Care Guide
From installation to daily maintenance: everything you need to know
Initial Care (After Installation)
When: Immediately after installation
- Clean the tiles thoroughly with Lithofin WEXA, diluted 1:10 with water. Let it dwell for 10 minutes, then scrub and rinse with clean water.
- Allow the tiles to dry completely, ideally for 24 hours.
- Apply Lithofin MN Stain-Stop evenly with a brush or roller. Allow it to penetrate for 15 minutes, then wipe off any excess.
- After the first coat dries (about 2 hours), apply a second coat of Lithofin MN Stain-Stop.
- For additional protection, apply a third coat if desired, following the same process.
- Ensure the floor is completely dry before use.

Daily Maintenance
Frequency: Daily or after each use
- Sweep or vacuum the floor to remove loose dirt and debris.
- Mop with a solution of Lithofin MN Wash & Clean, diluted 1:30 with water.
- Wipe up spills immediately to prevent staining.

Do NOT:
- Never use acidic cleaners or vinegar.
- Never allow liquids to sit on the surface.
- Never use abrasive pads or brushes.
- Never apply wax or polish.
- Never use steam cleaners.
Periodic Deep Cleaning
Frequency: Every 3-6 months
- Remove surface dirt by sweeping or vacuuming.
- Apply Lithofin WEXA, diluted 1:5 with water, to the floor.
- Let the solution dwell for 10-15 minutes, then scrub with a soft brush.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a clean cloth.
- Allow the floor to dry completely before using.
