Daily Maintenance

Frequency: Daily

  1. Wipe with damp cloth and Lithofin MN Easy-Clean spray or EASY-CARE
  2. Clean spills promptly (although quartz is quite stain-resistant)

Products: Lithofin MN Easy-Clean, Lithofin EASY-CARE

Do NOT:

  • Do not use strong acid or alkali cleaners
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads
  • Do not place extremely hot pans directly on surface (resin can be damaged above 150°C)
  • Do not use bleach

Periodic Deep Cleaning

Frequency: Every 3-6 months

  1. Lithofin MN Power-Clean diluted 1:10 (mild alkaline is safe)
  2. Apply, wipe, rinse

Products: Lithofin MN Power-Clean

Protection & Sealing

Re-seal every: Usually not required - consult manufacturer

  1. If the surface has lost its water repellency, a light application of Lithofin Stainstop PLUS can be considered
  2. Always check manufacturer guidelines first

Products: Lithofin Stainstop PLUS

Troubleshooting

Stubborn stains (turmeric, hair dye)

Lithofin MN Power-Clean undiluted as a paste. Leave 10-15 minutes, wipe clean.

Dull spot from heat damage

If resin is damaged by heat, professional repair may be needed. Light dulling: try MN Power-Clean to remove residue.

Hard water marks

Lithofin KF Ceramic-Clean (mild acid) - safe for most quartz composite. Test first.
