Lithofin MN Basic Protection - Usage Guide
Water-based impregnating sealer providing water- and dirt-repellent protection for natural stone. Does not change the appearance of the stone. Breathable - allows water vapour to pass through while repelling liquid water. Suitable for interior and exterior use.
Ideal For
- Interior natural stone floors
- Bathroom stone surfaces
- Outdoor terraces
- Standard protection where colour enhancement is not desired
Dilution Ratios

How to Apply
Method: Cloth, sponge, brush, or roller
Coverage: 10-30 m²/L depending on porosity
Curing/drying time: 24 hours before full use
Reapplication: Every 3-5 years (interior), every 2-3 years (exterior)

Do Not Use On
- Already sealed surfaces (will not penetrate)
- Wet surfaces
- Surfaces below 5°C or above 25°C
Safety Precautions
- Ensure good ventilation during application
- Remove excess product within 10-15 minutes
- Do not apply in direct sunlight or on hot surfaces
