Lithofin TC Sealant - Usage Guide
Film-forming sealant for cotto and terracotta. Creates a visible protective surface layer (unlike impregnators which penetrate). Provides a satin to semi-gloss finish. Ideal when a visible sheen and maximum surface protection is desired on cotto floors.

How to Apply
Method: Roller, brush, or lambswool applicator
Coverage: 10-20 m²/L
Curing/drying time: 24-48 hours for full hardness
Reapplication: Every 2-5 years depending on traffic

Do Not Use On
- Outdoor cotto (needs breathable treatment)
- Already waxed surfaces (strip first)
- Natural stone
Safety Precautions
- Surface must be absolutely clean and dry
- Apply in thin, even coats
- Do not walk on until fully cured
