Lithofin KF Conditioning Cleaner
Art. 182-11-B
Your porcelain kitchen floor streaks after every mop, and the grout lines in the shower feel slightly tacky. Conditioning Cleaner ends that cycle by leaving tiles and grout film-free with a single wipe.
What Conditioning Cleaner Does
Conditioning Cleaner is a pH-neutral maintenance cleaner for porcelain, ceramic, and clinker tiles. At pH 7.5 it suspends grease molecules and soap residues, then encapsulates them so you lift away the dirt without leaving surfactant films. Added care additives form an invisible, non-slip sheen that repels new soil for up to 24 hours.
When to Use
- Porcelain kitchen floor daily mop - dilute 1-2 capfuls in 5 L water. Daily-maintenance
- Ceramic bathroom walls after shower - same 1-2 capfuls per 5 L; wipe and leave, no rinse.
- Clinker hallway traffic film - 2 capfuls per 5 L for heavier dirt.
- Glass-mosaic splashback - 1 capful per 5 L for streak-free gloss.
- Quartz-composite vanity top - 1 capful per 5 L; spray bottle works for spot cleaning.
How to Apply
- Add 5 L warm water to a clean bucket, then pour in 1-2 capfuls (10-20 ml).
- Soak a flat microfiber mop, wring until damp, and work the floor in 5 m² sections.
- Rinse mop in the same solution; no clear water rinse required.
- Allow the surface to air dry; you can walk on it immediately.
Coverage: 100-200 m² per litre of concentrate, equal to 5-10 ml / m². Drying time: none.
Surface Compatibility
The neutral formula glides over acid-sensitive marble yet cleans hard porcelain equally well. Low surfactant content prevents film on ceramic and glass mosaic. Because no free alkali or acid is present, you avoid etching on limestone or colour shift on clinker. Safe on every tile surface; do not use as a stone degreaser - choose KF Intensive Cleaner for that.
Choosing the Right Product
For monthly deep cleaning of wax or polymer build-up, use KF Intensive Cleaner. For sealing grout lines after a renovation, apply KF Grout Protector. Conditioning Cleaner remains your day-to-day solution.
Pro Tips
- Switch the mop water after 50 m²; suspended dirt lowers coverage by 20 % if left in solution.
- Use distilled water in hard-water areas (>15 °dH) to avoid calcium streaks.
- Add warm (40 °C) water in winter; higher temperature boosts surfactant action by 15 %.
